Come prepared

A few minutes of prep, a much better call.

No slides or spec needed. Skim these, jot down quick answers, and paste them into the “anything that will help prepare” box when you book. We’ll skip the basics and spend the time on what matters.

Handy to have open

  • Your current IT or MSP contract, or a recent invoice
  • A rough count of users, locations, and devices
  • The tools and systems your team uses every day
  • Any recent outage, security scare, or audit request

    Roughly how many people, locations, and devices? Which systems does the business truly run on?
